The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly engaged Cloud Support Specialist (m/f/x) to join our growing IT team in Romania.
In this role, you will have an impact on our commerce cloud platforms, ensuring a seamless and scalable digital experience to our global customers. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global team driving innovation in a rapidly evolving industry.
This is initially a two-year contract (maternity leave cover). Typical work hours fall between the business hours of central European and North American east coast time-zones (mostly between 1pm and 10 pm Romanian time).
What We Are Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience within an enterprise level corporate IT environment
- Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge on Linux and Jenkins
- Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud, AWS cloud, docker, Kubernetes and Azure advantageous
- Good to have: Experience with SQL, JBoss and Tomcat

- Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate site performance.
- Code Migration: Manage code migration across environments.
- Troubleshooting: Support and resolve storage, performance, application, and API issues.
- Maintenance: Perform and validate maintenance tasks during scheduled windows.
- Training: Document requirements and support training program design and delivery.
- Incident Management: Handle escalated incidents from Level 1 support, ensuring timely resolution and SLA adherence.
