性能集成首席专家 Chief vehicle dynamic Engineer重庆全职技术类本科职位描述About the Role We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the development and validation of vehicle dynamic performance, covering ride comfort, handling, steering, braking, NVH, power performance, drivability, and 4WD attributes. You will set global performance targets, establish evaluation standards, and guide a high-performing team to deliver best-in-class driving experiences for both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the dynamic evaluation team in setting and validating subjective dynamic performance targets for vehicle models and platform projects. Scope includes ride comfort, handling, steering, braking, NVH, power performance, drivability, and 4WD attributes. Gain an in-depth understanding of the impact of chassis systems, powertrains, and E/E architectures on dynamic performance. Take ownership of prototype/production vehicle driving evaluations, identify performance gaps, and propose improvement solutions. Collaborate with chassis, powertrain, and E/E teams to deliver vehicle dynamic attributes while balancing performance and cost. 2. Establish and continuously improve subjective evaluation standards and processes for dynamic performance, ensuring alignment with international standards (e.g., ISO/SAE). Participate in global benchmarking, introduce advanced development concepts, and define differentiated dynamic performance targets tailored to various markets (Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Russia, Latin America). 3. Build capability in the field of subjective dynamic evaluation, including leading collaboration with objective testing teams to correlate subjective data with objective metrics, developing the Avatr “Performance DNA” system, and training team members to enhance driving and evaluation skills. Key Deliverables: 1. Define and validate dynamic performance targets for domestic vehicle models and platforms, focusing on ride comfort, handling, steering, braking, and power performance. Ensure dynamic attributes are positioned in the top tier of the market. 2. Define and validate dynamic performance targets for overseas vehicle models, focusing on differentiated targets (ride, handling, steering, braking, power) to meet the needs of global users. 3. Develop team capabilities in driving, subjective evaluation, and international engineering methodologies, ensuring the team’s evaluation expertise remains at a leading level domestically. 4. Build and refine the Avatr Dynamic Performance DNA system, ensuring excellence in both metric and process frameworks within the industry. 职位要求1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from an overseas full-time university; Master’s/PhD preferred. 2. Major: Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred. 3. Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience at well-known global or domestic OEMs. Must have led subjective dynamic performance evaluations for at least two mass-production BEV/HEV models. Familiar with performance definitions and development processes of leading OEMs/suppliers (e.g., BMW, Mercedes-Benz, ZF). Proven track record with luxury or high-performance vehicle projects. 4. Skills: Excellent driving skills and subjective evaluation expertise. 5. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in performance development and subjective evaluation of advanced chassis technologies (air suspension, hydraulic suspension, active stabilizer bars, electromagnetic suspension, distributed AWD).
