WHY: The purpose of this role is to empower leaders by delivering proactive, tech-enabled administrative support. As a trusted partner, the Administrative Assistant helps the organization adapt to change, overcome challenges, and create a people-first culture.
WHAT: As an Administrative Assistant, you will orchestrate seamless office operations and executive support, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities and breakthrough innovations. Your work will help build a connected, resilient, and future-ready organization.
HOW: Accelerating transformation by leveraging digital tools, data-driven insights, and agile collaboration to empower leaders and teams.
Work Arrangement - Onsite
The successful candidate is expected to report to the Warren Tech Center on a full-time basis. This role requires up to 10% domestic and international travel.
What You’Ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs and inquiries.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain a fully functional workspace.
- Coordinate onboarding for new employees, including workspace setup and access.
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings and events (e.g., team lunches, offsites)
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
- Provide ad-hoc support to various teams as needed.
- Foster a forward-thinking work culture that embraces change and navigates future organizational and industry challenges.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships across various functions including software, manufacturing, and program management to synergize efforts towards future innovations.
Your Skills and Abilities (Required Qualifications):
- 1–3 years proven experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, and other modern collaboration platforms.
- Flexible, positive, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new digital tools and technologies.
- What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1–3 years proven experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar role.
