The Role
The Learning Consulting team supports Kyndryl internal clients to determine key human performance issues and provides recommendations on how to most effectively address those issues by using the Human Performance Improvement (HPI) methodology.
In this role you will apply in-depth HPI consulting skills to diagnose how the performance and learning issues within an organization align with business needs. You will need to adapt existing or develop new learning strategies and solutions to help meet those business needs. You’ll be responsible for client relationship management, ensuring client satisfaction, and can manage all aspects of the engagement.
As part of the role, you'll develop and maintain a depth of understanding in Kyndryl's GTM business strategy; recommend and collaborate to design and deploy education and programs in support of their strategy including technical, soft skills and experiential learning. You’ll be utilizing metrics and reports to provide business insights to facilitate decisions on education strategy.
As the Associate Director, Learning Consulting you will specifically be responsible to:
- Develop and implement a strategic GTM development plan to achieve their targets and contribute to organizational growth
- Work closely with Kyndryl GTM leaders, SME, and cross-functional teams to align development programs with overall business objectives
- Make data-informed assessments on the skill gaps and development needs when making decision on programs changes
- Leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of development programs
- Work within the organization to identify challenges and implement process/infrastructure solutions
- Represent the organization at conferences and other events related to skills development.

To be successful in this role you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in training and development. Demonstrated experience in progressively responsible roles within learning and development
- Ability to design, develop, and implement effective training programs and materials; Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive training content
- Proficiency in learning and development principles, adult learning theory, and instructional design. Familiarity with modern training techniques and technologies, including e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven leadership and management experience, including the ability to lead a team of learning and development professionals. Experience in setting goals, managing budgets, and executing strategic plans
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to assess training program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and engage learners. Ability to deliver effective presentations and facilitate training sessions
- Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple training initiatives simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with sales leaders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors. Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with leadership development principles can be beneficial as it can support the growth and development of sales leaders.
