About The Job
We’re seeking a hands-on, proactive individual who combines operational excellence with strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for design. You’re ambitious, love to see results, and thrive as a team player.
As Area Sales Manager, you will be part of our DE Contract Sales team, reporting directly to the Contract Channel Director.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development across Central Germany, focusing on dealers, end-users, hospitality groups, and leading specifiers. Your primary goal will be to build and nurture long-term relationships with major dealers, corporate accounts, hotel operators, and architectural & design practices, positioning the brand as a preferred partner for large-scale contract projects.
More specifically, the tasks include...
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for Central Germany
- Identify, target, and secure major contract opportunities with end-customers such as corporate headquarters, hospitality groups, coworking operators, universities, and public institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Contract stakeholders, ensuring early involvement in project specifications
- Deliver impactful presentations, product workshops, and showroom experiences to specifiers and clients, keeping the brand top of mind for significant projects
- Collaborate with the Contract team to enhance client engagement, host targeted events, and generate new business leads
- Monitor and manage the project pipeline, track specification wins, and provide clear reporting on activities and opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of large projects from specification to delivery

Experience Required
- Proven track record in B2B sales within hospitality, contract furniture, interiors, or design-driven industries
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
