In this entry-level position, you will be the person supporting the execution of quoting, purchasing, and activating activities, meeting specific requirements for value contribution through purchasing with quality, on time, at the best cost, and minimizing risks. The job is located in the Comuna de Casablanca, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the owner of the quoting and purchasing outcomes, coordinating with internal clients their early involvement in the end customer’s needs, and supporting collaboration and alignment with logistics and quality control teams.
• Ensure the availability of high-performance, stable, and long-term suppliers. You will be the point of contact for FLSmidth with the supplier. Ensure the performance of the suppliers assigned to your purchasing category by monitoring indicators, "Non-Conformities" (NCR), and "Accounts Payable" (AP), taking action on any deviations from each supplier to ensure FLSmidth’s delivery capacity is stable and long-term.
• Drive the search for improvements in quality, delivery times, and new cost-saving opportunities with assigned suppliers or new ones, to ensure the best service for the end customer.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes in alignment with Group directives.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply, or Procurement in industrial companies (preferred).
• Intermediate English – desirable.
