About This Role

The Marketing Manager - Edwards Signaling will be responsible for developing, defining, and executing the brand strategy for Edwards Signaling. This role will serve as the central point of contact for all marketing efforts tied to the Edwards Signaling portfolio, including ownership of brand voice, marketing collateral, website content, and commercialization support for new product introductions. This position requires a versatile marketer who can combine brand management, project management, and creative execution to build the presence of Edwards Signaling in the market today while preparing the brand for future growth.

This role will also oversee and coordinate the activities of a marketing contractor to ensure timely and effective execution of tactical graphic design updates and collateral needs. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Senior Product Manager – Edwards Signaling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Leadership & Strategy
  • Establish and manage the Edwards Signaling brand voice across all channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of brand strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Serve as the brand advocate internally and externally, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
  • Marketing Execution & Collateral Development
  • Lead creation, refinement, and management of marketing materials, including brochures, sell sheets, presentations, case studies, and training collateral.
  • Partner with internal teams and contractors to develop and maintain up-to-date website content, ensuring digital platforms effectively communicate brand messaging and product value.
  • Provide oversight of a marketing contractor for tactical execution of graphic design, collateral updates, and campaign deliverables.
  • Support development of creative assets for product launches, promotions, and events.
  • Product Commercialization & Go-to-Market Support
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to build go-to-market strategies for new product introductions.
  • Lead marketing efforts for product launches, ensuring collateral, digital content, and messaging are aligned to drive adoption and sales enablement.
  • Support trade marketing initiatives to strengthen the Edwards Signaling presence across professional and distribution channels.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met for marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison for marketing between Edwards Signaling and corporate marketing functions.
  • Support communication and reporting to senior leadership on brand and marketing performance.
  • Market Awareness & Positioning
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to ensure Edwards Signaling remains relevant and differentiated.
  • Provide insights into emerging technologies and evolving market requirements that should inform brand messaging and content.
  • Contribute to strategic planning cycles with marketing-driven insights.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’S Degree

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, product marketing, or related field; preferably in B2B or electrical goods industry.
  •  5+ years of experience developing brand strategies, marketing collateral, and go-to-market plans

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing Skills: Strong storytelling, content creation, and messaging skills.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to make minor graphic design edits (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent) and manage design projects with external/contract resources.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Customer Support) and external vendors.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to connect marketing strategy with business growth objectives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required.

Compensation And Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is $113,900.00 – $134,000.00. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus based on both individual and company’s performance. The final compensation for this position will be set based on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as it relates to the job requirements.
