• What You’ll Be Doing
• As our Assistant Financial Accountant, you'll play a key role in supporting the Management Accounts team to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting. You’ll be involved in:
• Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Maintaining balance sheet reconciliations and working capital reports
• Supporting cashflow forecasting and financial compliance
• Assisting with statutory accounts, audits, and tax returns
• Partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy
• Contributing to process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects
• What We’re Looking For
• We’re seeking someone who brings:
• Experience in a similar financial role
• Knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and auditing practices
• Skills in Excel (intermediate to advanced)
• Qualifications: Part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA (or equivalent)
• Attributes: Ambition, tenacity, a can-do attitude, and an eye for detail
