Our South Austin location is hiring a Front Desk Associate — a key player in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional spa experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients warmly and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals
• Learn our menu of services (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
• Communicate promotions, packages, and service options with ease
• Keep the spa environment clean, organized, and professional
• Manage calls, book appointments, and handle light administrative tasks
• Bring positive energy to every shift and support your teammates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
