Position Summary:

The Associate Program Coordinator that will be responsible for planning, development, and execution of both internal and external INR Sales training programs for assigned business segments taking place in both the U.S and internationally. This person is responsible to manage the logistics and coordination to provide customer service for a wide range of customers. They will coordinate logistics including but not limited to, registrations and attendee tracking, assist with program set-up, catering, budget management and equipment ordering.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinates all logistics for customers consultants, executives, and employees (Domestic and International)
  • Provides onsite support for all participants alongside the Training Manager and Clinical Education Team including coordinating with all lab team members, vendors, etc.
  • Consult and collaborate with sales teams to ensure all required paperwork and documentation is processed in accordance with all company policies
  • Responsible for management, and reconciliation of invoices and adhering to set budgets
  • Responsible for the overall execution and success of assigned education activates and programs; collaborating with varied team members and departments.
  • Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
  • Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
  • Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem solver; strategic thinker with strong analytical skills – able to coordinate diverse ideas and to formulate strategic plans
  • Ability to learn and maintain knowledge of procedures, products and activities of assigned area.
  • Independent and highly self-motivated; assumes responsibility for actions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with ability to learn new systems
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Advamed, Eucomend and healthcare compliance guidelines and regulations
  • Must be comfortable, and is required to participate in clinical /surgical settings, including cadaveric training labs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar degree, preferred
  • Event management experience, preferred
  • Travel up to 30%
  • Travel to various locations both domestic and international
  • Valid Passport Needed
