Position Summary:

We are looking for a Program Manager with strong program management, process and automation engineering and change management skills. The ideal candidate will have experience organizing large enterprise change programs. He or She will be responsible for organizing program initiatives/critical projects through program process standards and tangible business outcomes related to process improvement and automation. Duties will include but not limited to: Structuring program routines and standard updates and artifacts, creating materials for leadership updates, maintaining program metrics, scheduling and leading established team meetings, and reporting progress of the program. Bank of America experience strongly preferred. Experience with Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow and vulnerability management a strong plus.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with program management of process improvement and automation programs and projects from beginning to end
  • Experience with development and maintaining program organization goals and objectives
  • Work with Project Leads to deliver and report out on critical projects across the organization
  • Excellent and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with auditing internal documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft products to include Creating materials that to be presented at a senior leadership level (Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)  
  • Basic understanding of IT Application & Server Architecture and Vulnerability Management
  • Prior experience in Confluence and JIRA to document content and retain knowledge artifacts
