What You Will Do:
- Accelerate growth: Partner with the sales team to prepare compelling customer growth and new business presentations that strengthen relationships and expand accounts.
- Increase sales effectiveness: Work with leadership to drive improvements in sales call activity, follow-up discipline, and opportunity tracking.
- Ensure flawless execution: Oversee new customer contract completion and execution, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Provide operational excellence: Maintain workflows, checklists, and process documentation to streamline day-to-day operations and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Drive insight and strategy: Gather and synthesize competitive market intelligence from multiple sources — including call logs, Salesforce, customer interactions, and employee insights — to help shape business decisions.
- Empower the team with data: Track and report key sales and operational metrics, ensuring accountability and alignment across teams.
- Enhance communication quality: Improve service report consistency, accuracy, and continuity to strengthen customer trust and internal coordination.
- Lead adoption and improvement: Support rollout and training for new systems, tools, and workflows that elevate performance and collaboration.
- Build engagement: Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and appreciation events that reinforce culture and connection.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Must Haves:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).
- 5+ years of administrative or operations support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and ERP platforms (D365 experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable being uncomfortable
- Experience in sales support, commercial operations, or business coordination preferred.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Perform with level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A self-starter mindset — driven, dependable, and eager to improve processes.
- High initiative – willing to jump into a problem when you see a need to execute.
- Experience coordinating corporate events and customer visits.
- Familiarity with contract administration and approval workflows.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in sales, operations, or customer service.
Our Environment:
This position is primarily an office environment.
Constant (role requires this activity more than 66% of the time (5.5+ hrs/day) Use of fingers and hands. Lift/Carry 10 lbs or less & push/pull 12 lbs or less. Frequently (role requires this activity from 33% - 66% of the time (2.5 - 5.5+ hrs/day) Stand, climb stairs, walk, sit, reach outward, squat/kneel, bend. Lift/Carry 11-50 lbs & push/pull 13-40 lbs.
Occasional (role requires this activity up to 33% of the time (0 - 2.5+ hrs/day) Climb & crawl. Lift/Carry 51+ lbs & push/pull 41-100 lbs.
