What you’ll be doing
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage and grow a $3.5m customer portfolio, building lasting relationships and delivering tailored print and marketing solutions that help clients achieve real results.
You’Ll:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Present creative proposals that deliver measurable value
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Enjoy cold calling and developing new relationships
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless project delivery
What You’Ll Bring
You’re personable, motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
- A natural networker who enjoys connecting with new people and uncovering opportunities
- Confident working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients
- Experience in print, mailing, branded merchandise, or print management (highly regarded)
- Self-driven and results-focused with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and CRM systems
- Most importantly — a positive attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
