Ideal Candidate should have

• Economic studies (high school or university);
• Experience on a similar position of minimum 1-2 years would be considered as an advantage;
• Good English knowledge, any other language would be considered as an advantage;
• Advanced Excel knowledge;
• Attention to details and accuracy;
• Enthusiastic personality and willingness to learn new things;
• Team player who takes responsibility for her/his work;
• Strong problem solving & analytical skills.

Job Description:

• Prepare, check and archive primary documents ( supplier invoices, bank statements, receipts, other documents);
• Analyses, checks and prepare accounting records for the above mentioned transactions;
• Performing reconciliations, checks, balance confirmations with customers and suppliers;
• Maintaining relationship with ANAF for obtaining fiscal attestation certificates or with local authorities for local certificates and other documentation, as needed;
• Ensuring all record booked in the systems and archive records are accurate and up to date;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
• Other duties related to economic area as assigned.
