Are you our new colleague within IT?

We now have an open position for a Frontend Developer to join our internal IT team here at PwC. You will join a team focused on creating and enhancing user-friendly applications to facilitate our business processes. The team today consists of 7 people including fullstack developers, backend developer, tester, business analyst, product owner and delivery manager. We provide application development, maintenance, and support services to one of our departments in PwC. Now we are looking for a skilled Frontend developer to join the team.

Your main tasks as Frontend Developer will be:

As a Frontend developer in our team you will be contributing with your particular proficiency in the Frontend field. This means you will be designing and building high-quality, user-centric web interfaces using Angular in your daily work, as well as contribute to architectural decisions that align with business goals. Furthermore, we also see the following main tasks for this role:

• Translate UI/UX designs into applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Ensure code quality and security through testing and reviews
• Mentor junior developers
• Manage Frontend initiatives

Requirements for the position

We are in search of an individual who shows initiative and is adept at balancing solo work with collaborative efforts. The role is hybrid, so you should be comfortable working both remotely and coming to our office in Stockholm on a regular basis. The capacity to communicate well and an open mindset are vital for thriving in this job.

• Deep understanding of Angular frameworks, components, services, and modules
• Considerable HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, and accessibility.
• Proficiency with Angular CLI, Webpack, and other build tools.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• Experience with Agile work (e.g. scrum)
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Good level of spoken and written English
