🔷 What you will do?

• Independently lead, plan and implement complex UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications
• Develop and visualize user flows and edge case based on complex functional specifications
• Actively participate in early project phases - analyzing business requirements, clarifying ambiguities with stakeholders, and facilitating workshops
• Manage design systems, establish standards, and define reusable UI components across multiple projects
• Advise teams on best practices in UI/UX design, accessibility, and usability
• Understanding and translating complex client specifications into mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Frontend Developers, to define requirements and specifications
• Present and clearly articulate design solutions to both internal teams and clients
• Keeping up with and implementing the latest UI/UX trends and best practices  

🔷What we expect from you? 

• At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Experience in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop 
• Basic understanding of technical IT concepts (server, database, backend, frontend, APIs, endpoints, iOS, Android)
