Job Description Summary
As a Business Operations Specialist at GE HealthCare, you will serve as the vital link between our customers, field engineers, and internal teams.Your role ensures that service contracts, warranty entries, and billing processes are executed efficiently and accurately.
You will play a key part in maintaining clean and reliable install base data, resolving invoicing disputes, and supporting the deployment of CRM systems.
Your attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence will contribute directly to improving data quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Job Description
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Customer & Internal Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between customers, field engineers, and internal teams.
- Ensure smooth coordination for service contracts, offers, tenders, and operational support.
- Data & Systems Management:
- Maintain accurate customer and install base data in systems like Salesforce.
- Archive documentation in line with quality assurance processes.
- Operational Support:
- Assist Modality Managers with daily tasks and executional support.
- Help resolve invoicing disputes in coordination with service and finance teams.
- Manage local purchases, vendor creation, PO management, and invoice booking.
- Process Improvement:
- Drive initiatives to improve data quality and standardize operational processes.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree

- Skills:
- Strong communication (verbal and written) in French, Dutch, and English.
- High attention to detail and precision in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in a matrixed international environment.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in operations, customer service, service backoffice or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) in French, Dutch, and English.
- High attention to detail and precision in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in a matrixed international environment.
- Prior experience in operations, customer service, service backoffice or similar roles is preferred.
