What does a successful Talent Acquisition Advisor do?

A successful Talent Acquisition Partner at Fiserv plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our dynamic and innovative team. They collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategies to source and hire the best candidates. By living our values and creating a culture of respect, they ensure that we continue to build a diverse and inclusive workforce that drives our mission forward.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' suitability and fit for the company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruiting activities to promote the Fiserv brand.

What you will need to have:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

What would be great to have:

  • Previous experience in the fintech industry.
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices.
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
