Salary & Incentives
- Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 available
- Student loan reimbursement program
- Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance
- $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited MedBridge subscription
- 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)
- Flexible full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week)

Clinic Details
Our Concord clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic care with a strong focus on manual therapy and functional rehab. Patients benefit from personalized, one-on-one care in a collaborative environment, while clinicians enjoy mentorship, growth opportunities, and access to advanced clinical tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed PT
- Implement individualized care plans and track patient progress
- Work one-on-one with patients to restore mobility, strength, and function
- Document daily treatment notes accurately in a modern EMR system
- Collaborate with PTs and clinic staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current California PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New graduates and experienced PTAs welcome to apply
