Salary & Incentives

• Competitive base salary (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
• Total compensation potential: $118,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
• Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus available
• $1,500 annual continuing education allowance
• Up to $25,000 student loan reimbursement
• 3 weeks of paid vacation (PTO) + paid holidays

Our Morgan Hill clinic provides comprehensive outpatient orthopedic care with a focus on manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and evidence-based treatment. We are a modern, patient-centered facility where teamwork, mentorship, and collaboration are prioritized. Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy in a supportive, patient-focused setting
• Document daily care, progress notes, and discharge summaries in our EMR system
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
• Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Current California PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for patient care, collaboration, and professional growth
