Salary & Incentives
- Competitive base salary (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Total compensation potential: $118,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
- Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus available
- $1,500 annual continuing education allowance
- Up to $25,000 student loan reimbursement
- 3 weeks of paid vacation (PTO) + paid holidays

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy in a supportive, patient-focused setting
- Document daily care, progress notes, and discharge summaries in our EMR system
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes
- Educate patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current California PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for patient care, collaboration, and professional growth
