Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
  • Sign-on bonus up to $5,000+ available
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
  • Total compensation potential: $140,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
  • $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited MedBridge subscription
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)
  • Flexible full-time schedule (3- or 4-day workweek options available)
  • Accredited clinical residency programs
  • Mentorship and professional development programs for all levels of experience

Clinic Details
Our Palo Alto clinic provides outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, functional rehab, and individualized care plans. Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care in an outpatient setting
  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide manual therapy, functional rehab, and specialty services
  • Document patient care accurately in a modern EMR system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the community
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current California PT license (or eligibility)
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply
