Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000+ available
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
- Total compensation potential: $140,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
- $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited MedBridge subscription
- 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)
- Flexible full-time schedule (3- or 4-day workweek options available)
- Accredited clinical residency programs
- Mentorship and professional development programs for all levels of experience

Clinic Details
Our Palo Alto clinic provides outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, functional rehab, and individualized care plans. Job Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide manual therapy, functional rehab, and specialty services
- Document patient care accurately in a modern EMR system
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and the community
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current California PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply
