Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: $87,000 – $108,000 annually (DOE)
• Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 available
• Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
• Total compensation potential: $145,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
• $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited MedBridge subscription
• 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)
• Flexible full-time schedule (3- or 4-day workweek options available)
• Accredited OCS clinical residency program
• Mentorship and professional development for all experience levels

Clinic Details
Our San Jose clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on manual therapy, functional rehab, and individualized treatment plans. Clinicians benefit from advanced training, accredited residencies, mentorship opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
• Evaluate and design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver manual therapy, functional rehab, and specialty services
• Document patient care accurately in a modern EMR system
• Collaborate with a supportive and experienced clinical team
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations
• Build strong relationships with patients and the local community

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current California PT license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply
