Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Orthopedics

Clinic Setting:
Outpatient orthopedic clinic with a focus on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab.
Pay Range:
$35.00–$40.00 per hour + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits
Pay is based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Follow and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct care to help patients regain strength, function, and mobility
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
- Document patient care using a modern EMR system
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and insurance regulations

- Orthopedic and sports physical therapy
- Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation
- Pre- and post-operative rehab
- Spine and TMJ rehabilitation
Vestibular Therapy
- Upper and lower body rehab
Work Injury Rehabilitation
- Gait and orthotic assessments
Weightlifting Correctional Training
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility)
