Position Summary

Vista Physical Therapy is seeking a Per Diem (PRN) Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at our Arlington clinic, located inside Asher Point Senior Living. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments
• Implement treatment plans focused on orthopedic care, fall prevention, mobility, and senior wellness
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment
• Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with clinic staff, senior living staff, and family members to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate residents and caregivers on therapy goals, home exercise programs, and safety practices

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current and valid Texas PTA license
• Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics, geriatrics, or senior living environments preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on a flexible, per diem basis
