Salary & Incentives

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
  • Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
  • Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
  • $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited MedBridge subscription
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)

Clinic Details
Our Dallas – Bainbridge Dr. clinic, located near Methodist Charlton Medical Center, provides outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation in a patient-centered, supportive environment. We emphasize hands-on therapy, individualized treatment plans, and evidence-based care to help patients return to daily life stronger and more confident.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
  • Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based interventions
  • Educate patients on recovery goals, home programs, and injury prevention
  • Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner using EMR systems
  • Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and other healthcare providers to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
  • Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for outpatient orthopedics and sports rehabilitation
  • New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
