Salary & Incentives
- Hourly Pay: Competitive, based on experience
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Total compensation potential: $90,000+ annually depending on hours, experience, and performance
- $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited MedBridge subscription
- 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)

Our Haslet clinic is a well-established outpatient orthopedic facility serving the Haslet community. We specialize in sports injuries, post-surgical rehab, and orthopedic care, offering services such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and sports rehabilitation. Clinicians benefit from a collaborative, supportive environment focused on high-quality care and ongoing learning.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Progress therapeutic exercise programs as directed
- Apply modalities and manual therapy techniques as appropriate
- Document patient care accurately in EMR systems
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
- Support clinic operations and maintain a safe, clean environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Texas PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
