Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (DOE)
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500 (as much as $32,500 annually in addition to base pay)
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000
- Total compensation potential: $120,000+ annually depending on experience and performance
- $1,500 annual continuing education allowance + unlimited MedBridge subscription
- 3 weeks of paid vacation (21 days annually)

Clinic Details
Our Little Elm clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, offering personalized, evidence-based care to improve patient function and independence. Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to identify impairments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans, home programs, and prevention strategies
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Current Texas PT license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for outpatient orthopedics and patient-centered care
- New graduates and experienced PTs welcome to apply
