Our Finance team is growing, and we're looking for a Business Data Analyst to join us! We manage everything from strategic planning to compliance, ensuring our infrastructure supports the company’s rapid growth. In this role, you will play a key role in transforming financial data into actionable insights, working closely with finance professionals and senior stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
About The Role
- Define and track finance-related KPIs to measure and optimize business performance while ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity.
- Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools to visualize key financial data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to inform strategic decision-making using data insights.
- Identify and implement data-driven opportunities to improve financial efficiency and business performance.
- Identify and automate manual or repetitive processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability across finance analytics workflows.
- Design and implement tools, scripts, and data pipeline enhancements that streamline reporting, reduce operational overhead, and enable continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably within finance-related business areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for building insightful reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent English – both written and verbal.
