Summary

The Sales Representative – Eastern Europe will be responsible for business development and promoting a diverse range of products, including standard cases, customized cases, and lighting solutions. Reporting to the Sales Director, this role focuses on expanding market presence and driving sales growth across Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and strengthen Peli’s distribution network.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote awareness of protective cases and their applications, particularly within the Defense and Aerospace sectors and military organizations.
• Collaborate with distributors, dealers, and OEM customers to support sales initiatives.
• Conduct product training for dealers, end-users, and OEM customers.
• Engage with resellers to assess commercial activities, track sales performance, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment with sales and marketing goals.
• Represent Peli at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain and update customer records in Salesforce, documenting key interactions.
• Coordinate with internal manufacturing and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support Finance and Operations teams in resolving customer-related issues when necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience of industrial products.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a distribution network
• Experience in sales to defense forces and defense equipment manufacturers is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in selling customized products is preferable, but not mandatory.
• Experience in tender-based sales is highly valued, but not mandatory.
• Strong ability to close deals and manage sales cycles of varying lengths (3 to 36 months).
• Fast learner with the ability to grasp the technical aspects of Peli’s product portfolio and related markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical sales information clearly and concisely.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written). Other Eastern European languages are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience using SAP and Salesforce (or similar platforms) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or University degree in Engineering or Business (preferred but not required).

Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
