As part of its development ΑΩ a subsidiary company of Volton strengthens its human resources in Athens and seeks a Recruiter, exclusively for our own call center, located in Michalakopoulou 48, Athens.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for call center positions
• Post job advertisements and leverage alternative channels to attract candidates
• Conduct interviews (phone and in-person) and select candidates for onboarding
• Handle a high volume of applicants to ensure timely filling of vacancies
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand needs and priorities
• Support initiatives to improve candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in Humanitarian studies
• 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a high-volume environment (e.g., call centers, retail, agencies)
• Ability to manage a large number of applications and competing priorities
• Proficiency in ATS systems and MS Office
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
