ACCIONA Industrial is looking to appoint a Construction Planner on the North London Heat and Power Project based in Edmonton, London E4 8JG.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the construction project schedule in Primavera P6.
- Integrate construction inputs into a fully logic-linked, resource-loaded programme.
- Apply the Project Controls Management Plan of the Project.
- Ensure the Project’s compliance with Contract’s requirements related to the Programme and reporting.
- Be aware of the scope of the Project.
- Calculate and report the actual Construction progress and update of the Construction “S” curves.
- Weekly preparation and issuance of the Construction Weekly Report, and Productivity Report.
- Be aware of the Subcontractors Programme to be able to promptly inform of potential impacts on the
Programme.
- Monitor progress and performance against the baseline programme, identifying deviations, delays, and critical path impacts.
- Prepare recovery plans for Construction when necessary.
- Calculate the Construction’ Performance following the Earned Value Methodology.
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and the client to discuss schedule status and recovery actions.
- Review and monitor the Subcontractor’s manpower and performance.
- Monitor the BOQ of the subcontractors, through the information provided by the Construction
Department, detecting any deviations and assessing its impact on the Programme.
- Meet the needs of any report and/or special analysis requested.
- Encourage teamwork, maintaining and fostering collaboration between different Project areas.
- Contribute to the preparation and defence of extension of time (EOT) claims, including the analysis of delays and impacts.
- Support continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives related to planning and scheduling processes.
