Internship

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through online platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in conducting initial phone screenings and interviews.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Help prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents to selected candidates.
  • Research and suggest innovative methods for sourcing candidates and improving recruitment processes.
  • Assist in organizing internal events and training sessions for employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, such as preparing reports or gathering interview feedback.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required.
