This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM UK time with 1-hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Brand Production

  • Design digital and print materials (emails, banners, toolkits, social media visuals, presentations, event signage).
  • Edit and produce video content including hype reels, speaker clips, and testimonials.
  • Maintain and evolve the CxO Institute brand style, ensuring consistency across global campaigns.
  • Develop reusable templates and design systems in Canva and Google Slides for cross-team use.
  • Manage version control, folder naming, and asset organization within shared drives.

Content Management & Publishing

  • Upload and maintain website content (WordPress): event pages, blogs, video libraries.
  • Transform raw materials (speaker transcripts, reports, audio) into high-quality downloadable assets.
  • Optimize content layouts and visuals for SEO and accessibility.

Cross-Team Enablement

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on campaign GTM planning.
  • Supply branded toolkits and visual assets to Sales and Delegate teams.
  • Support sponsor deliverables (e.g., co-branded visuals, video interviews).
  • Align with Production on live event collateral, signage, and same-day edit videos.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain a clear production calendar and meet all campaign milestones.
  • Track and report on content completion, social engagement, and brand quality.
  • Attend weekly marketing performance reviews and post-event debriefs.
  • Contribute to the annual Playbook update with creative process improvements.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in design, content, or marketing communications.
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of video production and editing.
  • Experience managing / working on content calendars and publishing on YouTube and WordPress.
  • Portfolio of previous B2B or event-related design work.

Desirable:

  • Experience in event or tech industry marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO, keywording, and metadata.
  • Experience creating motion graphics or brand templates.
  • Comfortable editing copy for tone, clarity, and visual alignment.
