HR Generalist - Bethlehem - $60,000 - $70,000 per annum

Are you a passionate and hands-on HR professional ready to make a significant impact on our workforce and culture?

Stiltz is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to work closely with our US leadership, driving an engaging, supportive, and high-performing workplace across all US locations.

Reporting to the Group People Director, you'll be instrumental in bringing Stiltz’s people strategy to life by delivering expert, hands-on HR support in recruitment, development, employee engagement, and ensuring full compliance with all US employment standards.

What You'Ll Be Doing:

  • Promote employee engagement through communication, recognition, and well-being initiatives in collaboration with the wider People Team (UK based). 
  • Partner with managers and leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and workforce needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, from requisition to onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for U.S. teams.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Support talent development, engagement, and retention initiatives across multiple locations.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
  • Administer HR policies, compensation changes, and benefits programs accurately and confidentially.
  • Analyze HR data (turnover, headcount, engagement) to identify trends and recommend solutions.

What You'Ll Bring:

We're looking for an experienced professional with a blend of strategic insight and operational excellence:

  • Strong Relationship Building - with leaders and employees at all levels
  • Employee Relations Expertise – Skilled in handling performance, engagement, and employee concerns with fairness, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • HR Compliance Knowledge – Solid understanding of U.S. federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Organizational Agility – adapting quickly to change, and balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making – Capable of interpreting HR metrics and insights to inform people strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Batchelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
