Key Responsibilities – Demand Planning, Forecast Accuracy, And Inventory Optimization

• Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales trends, seasonal patterns, promotional activity, and market dynamics to develop precise demand forecasts for products across all Niceone sales channels.
• Inventory Management: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts or overstock situations, and support rapid order fulfillment.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize advanced Excel, forecasting software, and internal tools to interpret large data sets and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and supply chain stakeholders to integrate business intelligence, promotional plans, and new product launches into demand planning models.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare regular demand, inventory, and supply reports for management review, clearly communicating risks, opportunities, and action plans.
• Continuous Process Improvement: Identify process gaps, suggest and implement enhancements to forecasting methods, and help drive supply chain efficiency initiatives.
• Market & Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on e-commerce trends, category shifts, supply chain challenges, and consumer demand patterns to refine and update planning approaches.

Required Skills And Qualifications – Demand Planning, Data Analysis, And E-Commerce Supply Chain

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in data analysis, forecasting, or inventory management (internships and co-ops welcome).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Google Sheets, and demand planning or ERP tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
