In this Role, you’ll get to:
  • Oversee and coordinate ticket delivery and other fulfillment processes in Korea to ensure efficiency and accuracy 
  • Lead the exploration and implementation of superior local fulfillment solutions, such as evaluating, onboarding, and managing local third-party logistics or ticketing platform partners to achieve efficient outsourcing and enhance the overall user experience 
  • Act as the central coordinator for high-priority customer incidents in the Korean market, working closely with the global customer service team to provide localized support, resolve complex issues professionally and efficiently, and defend the company's brand reputation
  • Monitor and analyze operational data for the Korean market, accurately identify process bottlenecks, and continuously optimize the end-to-end experience from ticket sale to user admission
  • Use the optimization of the fulfillment system as an opportunity to deeply penetrate the Korean live entertainment industry, systematically mapping and establishing solid relationships with major entertainment companies 
  • Provide key decision-making support for optimizing the company's fulfillment strategy and identifying potential partnership opportunities by keenly insighting into the lobal tour plans of Korean artists 
  • Collaborate closely with the company's global business development team, acting as a "strategic hub" for the Korean market, providing core support for negotiations with local key partners, and facilitating the achievement of strategic collaborations 
  • Promote the platform as a preferred ticketing partner for mainstream Korean artists and promoters when planning global tours 
What you'll Need to Succeed: 
  • Native-level fluency in Korean 
  • Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus 
  • Deep understanding and passion for the Korean music and entertainment industry, familiar with the operational models of mainstream entertainment companies 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations management, or business development within complex international environments 
  • Background in ticketing, the entertainment industry, e-commerce platforms, or top-tier consulting firms is preferred 
  • Unwilling to merely execute tasks passively; able to proactively identify business growth opportunities from operational details and drive change 
  • Expertise in establishing long-term, stable, and trusting professional relationships with local partners 
  • Ability to create clear paths in ambiguous and fast-paced environments, efficiently coordinate multi-party resources, and tackle challenges 
  • Capable of handling sensitive information appropriately and understanding business boundaries
