Primary Responsibilities:

• In charge of one or more production lines/areas and ensure operations are being run in a good manner of SQDCP meeting targets/expectations
• Drive SQDCP performance/KPIs, address organizational issues in a timely manner, and establish a strong culture on safety, quality and continuous improvements
• Be a key member of the site operations leadership team, hiring & training of manufacturing people, and securing production execution as planned
• Support the Site Operations Leader to oversee the site overall production operations as needed and the Backup of the Ops. Leader
• Collaborate with other teams/functions to drive continuous improvements (Lean, Kaizen, JDI, etc.) of site production operations
• Identify other potential opportunities to improve business performance, and work across functions to implement creative solutions
• Other work/projects as assigned

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 8 years professional experience in Operations/manufacturing/supply chain/EHS/warehouse, with 5+ years on leadership roles managing teams.
• BS degree (Business, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering) from an accredited institution
• Six Sigma trained with demonstrated ability to apply tools and process rigor
• Excellent business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and drive change at all levels of the organization
• Excellent growth leadership skills demonstrating clear global perspective and understand factors impacting GE offshore businesses and our suppliers
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Strong experience working in a matrix organization.
