KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Regulatory Assistant - Artwork Controller to join our Team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Control of packaging materials artworks
- Modifications/corrections on the master artworks if needed according to the change plan
- Sending the updated artworks to procurement in order them to be forwarded to the supplier for printing
- Development of language materials (stickers or sleeves) for the distribution of products to the export markets
- Support of the department in other works related to product notifications, product registration abroad, control and approval of product artworks
- Creation and maintenance of product information files for cosmetic products produced by third parties
Requirements
- Higher education degree in chemistry, food science, cosmetology, agricultural science or any other relevant specialty
- Good understanding of the importance of Regulatory/Quality compliance
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge of SAP system is advantageous but not essential
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and numerate, comfortable with the review of technical documentation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and have outstanding time management skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Positive, can-do attitude with pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Team player, works with all stakeholders to establish and meet shared goals
- Proven background working in a similar position is advantageous but not essential
- Proven background in reviewing technical documentation is advantageous but not essential
- Awareness of regulations affecting cosmetics or food supplements is advantageous but not essential
