As an AI Business Process Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Digital Solution Specialists and Engineers, guiding strategy development and driving sales success through effective coaching and collaboration. In this role, you will spearhead digital transformation initiatives, deploy cutting-edge AI Business Process solutions (Dynamics 365 / Power Platform / Copilot Series) , and foster cross-regional best practices, while cultivating strong partnerships and ensuring the achievement of business targets. You will work with the regional operating unit to tightly align top partner coverage, and simplify and strengthen alignment on sales targets, improve coverage. You will ensure the team meets sales targets and operational standards and maintains the health of metrics within the assigned territory. You will interact with Time zone and WW leadership and senior-level stakeholders to get support for their team and the geographical regions. Responsibilities
- Coach team in modern sales and communications tools & techniques to effectively reach, sell to and manage Microsoft customers using state-of-the-art sales, data, and marketing systems and platforms to deliver a connected customer engagement experience and drive customer satisfaction.
- Hold team accountable to meet operational standards and rigor to maintain reporting accuracy for key center metrics – including response rates, prospecting activity tracking, pipeline, conversion, velocity, and accuracy. Encourage adoption of sales program processes, procedures, and tools to provide accurate on-time reporting that maximizes attainment of strategic goals and delivers competitive business insights, trends, and analysis.
- Share best practices, learnings, and customer insights with stakeholder groups to elevate team capabilities, invest in seller and managers development and skilling to drive change based on insights.
- Coach your team to collaborate and leverage internal and external stakeholders to develop customer and partner relationships that build, expand and effectively progress opportunities and pipeline through the sales cycle within assigned territory. Facilitate and lead internal communication with the account team and senior-level leadership to get support for your team and eliminate barriers to success.
- Effectively lead your team through change, keeping them motivated and focused as customer needs and market conditions evolve in a digitally enabled environment.
- Participates in regular strategic planning for their assigned territory. Reviews plans via Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings and aligns the plans of their team across departments. Guides team to align their approach with sales excellence team. Engages with external executives to bring a more strategic perspective into the planning portion of account planning.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience
- AI Business Process industry expertise. Microsoft AI, Copilot, D365, Power Platform, and ERP portfolio knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated experience selling complex, AI solutions to Small and Medium Enterprise Customers.
- Proven seller coaching and negotiation experience.
- Demonstrated experience driving adoption across multiple stakeholders with varying agendas.
- Solid understanding of security market and complete solutions
- Experience in managing channel sales complexities
- Language fluency in Japanese.
- 3+ years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years manager of managers experience.
- Language fluency in English.
- AI Workforce Solution Area Expertise such as M365 / Copilot
- Strategic thinking & execution. Ability to develop sales and business strategy options, while also being able to successfully execute plans and build strong relationships.
- Purposeful Planner & Executor – Delivers business impact with intentional planning, driving clarity to the team with consistent coaching rhythms, removing blockers and ensuring quarterly business budget goals are met.
- Leader: Demonstrated sales and partner management experience with executive communications, engagement and influence
