🔍 About the Opportunity: IT Technical Support Specialist
Your mission as an IT Technical Support Specialist will be to deliver fast, reliable, and user-focused technical support across all departments. Leveraging your expertise in troubleshooting, systems maintenance, and user support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s digital infrastructure runs smoothly, efficiently, and securely.
💼 Key Responsibilities: Technical Support, Systems Maintenance & IT Asset Management
- Respond to user requests for technical assistance (in person, by phone, email, or ticketing system).
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues promptly.
- Manage IT assets, ensuring proper documentation, barcoding, and inventory control.
- Prepare and deliver IT assets for new hires, ensuring asset ownership forms are signed.
- Maintain valid backups for machines connected to production lines.
- Coordinate IT consumables procurement, ensuring the best quality and pricing.
- Escalate recurring or critical issues and report them to the IT Manager.
- Support in annual budgeting and IT stock availability checks.
- Stay up-to-date with system updates, configurations, and technology changes.
- ✅ Essential Skills & Qualifications: IT Systems & User Support

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of proven experience as a Service Desk or IT Support Engineer.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
- Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and optimize IT processes.
Fluent In English.
