Sales and proposals for FIT, Group, and MICE at a luxury hotel
Selling to new, existing, and prospective clients, negotiating optimum rates based on sales strategy
Preparation of new products and services based on market trends
Active participation in developing sales & marketing strategies and annual sales plan
Building relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, and professional associations locally and internationally
Maintaining contact with meeting and convention planners, incentive buyers, government departments, and other clients/partners
Planning and conducting familiarization tours and site inspections
Domestic and international travel to promote the hotel and develop new business
Collaborating with other hotel departments for information sharing and preparation
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales
What we need from youExperience
At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
Preference for those with experience in city hotels

Persistent problem-solving attitude under any circumstance
Flexible in working with multinational staff and guests while respecting differences
Humble and eager to learn
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Language
Proficient in Japanese and English
Chinese language skills are an advantage
