In GCR, we're looking for a savvy yet humble Field Marketing Manager with B2B experience. This role will focus on our marketing activities with ecosystem partners in GCR. They should have an ALL-IN spirit, learn fast, and not be afraid to take risks by going above and beyond to drive our marketing programs to the next level. They thrive in a dynamic environment, are creative, data-driven, and an independent self-starter -- while knowing how to orchestrate initiatives between regional and global marketing teams and their goals.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with relevant business teams on our most Strategic accounts in GCR. Take full ownership of initiating, strategizing, and planning holistic marketing efforts for these accounts, driving both brand impact and business results — from new logo pipeline creation and deal acceleration to creating meaningful, strategic touchpoints with existing customers.
  • Lead Enterprise marketing  initiatives, including flagship events, virtual events, content programs, and other innovative projects. Take end-to-end ownership — Strategy & Planning (20%), Negotiation & Communication (30%), and Execution (50%) — covering ideation, logistics, budgeting, partner coordination, vendor management, branding, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Build and nurture relationships with industry media, institutions, and ecosystem partners to drive joint marketing initiatives across online and offline channels, maximizing brand visibility and accelerating pipeline growth in the Strategic and Enterprise segments.
  • Manage agencies and POCs across GCR to ensure consistent and effective delivery of positioning and messaging across stakeholders and channels, while continuously tracking results and optimizing for success.
  • Continuously evaluate and prioritize opportunities, making data-driven decisions to optimize impact and efficiency.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years of event or field marketing experience in B2B tech companies
  • Experience in accomplishing end-to-end marketing events/virtual events.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter; able to work independently in a rapidly growing company with a growth mindset; strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Empathetic, collaborative mindset, able to build trust and work efficiently with key stakeholders and co-workers.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • High standards for production and deliverable quality.
  • Strong presentation skills, and best-in-class PowerPoint and Google Slides skills.
  • Native Chinese speaker with advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with a track record of academic excellence.

Bonus Points:

  • 4A agency (communications, events, or digital marketing) experience or has experience managing top 4A agencies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the mobile marketing and MarTech landscape.
