Job Description

As an IT Support Engineer,  you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth technical operations and efficient support for Wix employees across the globe. You’ll work in a dynamic, multi-OS environment, managing IT systems, providing excellent support, and contributing to innovative IT projects. In your day-to-day, you will :

  •  Ensure employees are provided efficient and timely desktop and local infrastructure support across the organization 
  •  Provide professional and efficient IT support to Wix employees across different locations and time zones remotely 
  •  Manage, monitor, and respond to requests received through the IT Helpdesk in line with our agreed SLAs 
  • Manage the company’s IT environment, including infrastructure, computers, end-users, and permission management
  •  Take part in projects that include testing and implementing new technologies, improving processes for smart/automated ones, and enhancing service with smart AI tools 
  •  Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for on-site and remote workers

Qualifications

  •  An IT professional with 3+ years hands-on experience in IT Support or Administration 
  • Experienced in a multi-OS environment (MacOS, Windows, and Linux) 
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experienced with Active Directory/Azure/GSuite environments 
  • Additional experience with tools and systems like Meraki, Jira, Intune, Jamf, and Slack – an advantage

Additional Information

We are Wix’s IT Team. We provide technical assistance and support to Wix employees regarding computers, servers, hardware, software, and events on a global scale. We take care of everything from configuration to control and maintenance, troubleshooting, and monitoring, using the newest technology for device management services, Ansible, and automation engines. We build fully automated processes for monitoring, purchasing, security incidents, SLM, CRM, etc.
