Senior Business Analyst

NN started its operations in Hungary in 1991 under the name Nationale-Nederlanden. In just 6 years, we became market leaders and continue to be a key player in the Hungarian life insurance market. NN Insurance Hungary is expanding its Data & AI capabilities and is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be part of this exciting journey. This project is dedicated to developing new and effective ways to improve customer experience and make it more seamless.

The senior Business Analyst is a representative among business and IT stakeholders and understands the structure, policies and operations of an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in Agile Scrum development team, advice the Product Owner at plannings, translate process-like description of the emerged and defined demands;
• Preparing functional and non-functional Business Requirement Specification;
• Identify and expose the business opportunities and implicate re-engineering projects;
• Develop business cases and perform requirement analysis;
• Analyze and document business processes;
• Active collaboration with business subject matter experts, Solution Architect and System Analysts;
• Create and implement standards;
• Perform requirement and cost-benefit analysis.

What Matters To Us:

• University/College degree preferably in Management, Finance or IT;
• 5 years of experience in a similar position preferably in the insurance sector;
• High level of logical thinking, ability of synthetic and analytical thinking;
• Advanced negotiation skills;
• Fluent English.

Advantages:

• Familiarity with integrating AI-driven solutions into business processes;
• Proven ability to formulate user stories or product requirements involving generative AI features;
• Hands-on BPMN modeling experience in Sparx Enterprise Architect tool;
• SQL experience;
• Familiarity with Front-end and back-end technologies.
