Test Automation Engineer

NN Insurance Hungary is expanding its Data & AI capabilities and is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to be part of this exciting journey.

In this position you will support the automation and execution of the testing activities during development, testing and delivery in an agile way of working as part of a squad team. Analyzing requirements, designing, executing and implementing tests and reporting product defects.

Responsibilities:

• In relation to a given development task, you will contribute to the definition of the expected scope of testing, assign the expected types of automated tests, like frontend, integration test
• You will design automated test cases in the existing framework, based on available specifications (user stories and other documentation)
• You will execute the already defined test cases, document the results, and create automated reports on executed tests
• You will document all testing activities in order to provide evidence for releasing software packages to production environment
• You will report, track and re-test bugs
• You will actively participate in building the knowledge base of the company for automated testing, directly by creating new pages, modifying the existing ones
• You will analyze requirements, design, execute and implement automated tests and reporting product defects

What Matters To Us:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• University/college degree in the field of IT
• Experience in automated testing, UI and API testing
• Python knowledge
• ISTQB FL knowledge
• Fluency in English
• Cooperative attitude
