The Proposal Development Analyst will support the business development and renewal teams by creating persuasive, high-quality responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). This role is responsible for translating organizational capabilities and solutions into compelling proposals tailored to the needs of college and university partners. The Proposal Analyst will collaborate closely with sales, account management, finance, operations, and subject matter experts to gather information, develop clear messaging, and ensure proposals are aligned to strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include managing proposal timelines, maintaining proposal content libraries, and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements. The ideal candidate has strong writing and editing skills, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Request for Proposals (RFP's) and prepare highly customized proposal responses by researching all RFP questions, gathering input from subject matter experts, and leveraging existing best practice content in compliance with questions.
- Create PowerPoint presentations, graphs, charts, and maps for presentations to prospective and current partner schools.
- Manage proposal content library and update with new content based on expanded solutions, competitor intel, new partner success stories, and more.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of applicable proposal experience.
- CRM experience and proposal experience are preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and PPT.
