We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Infios/HighJump Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support and optimize our warehouse and distribution operations. This role is responsible for analyzing, configuring, and maintaining our WMS to meet the dynamic needs of our warehouse, distribution, logistics, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse processes and proven experience implementing or supporting Infios/HighJump systems in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities and Functions
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary support for the Infios/HighJump WMS platform across multiple warehouse/distribution centers globally.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, logistics, and IT teams to identify system requirements and opportunities for process improvement.
- Design, configure, and test WMS workflows, integrations, and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Support day-to-day WMS operations, troubleshooting system issues, and providing timely resolutions.
- Analyze data and system performance to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including business requirements, configuration changes, and user training materials.
- Assist in WMS implementations, upgrades, and expansion projects, including system migrations and warehouse rollouts.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to manage projects and ongoing support.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing system support and best practices guidance.
- Ensure WMS interfaces properly with other systems such as ERP and EDI platforms.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously with ease and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications To Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Infios/HighJump warehouse management systems configuration and support, including WMS implementation experience.
- Ability to proactively carry out project support and administrative functions independently and as part of a team; project management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and labor management.
- Familiarity with WMS integration to ERP systems.
- Understanding of SQL, data queries, and reporting tools for system analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with RF device integration, label printing, and barcode scanning systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system and process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines efficiently and with high quality.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt in a changing business environment maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
