As a Senior Digital Support Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations—ensuring that hundreds of document types are processed seamlessly across multiple lines of business. You’ll be the go-to expert for fulfillment requests, system evaluations, and training, helping us deliver excellence every single day.
What You’ll Do
Lead with Expertise: Apply your deep knowledge of digital support to maintain business continuity across multiple departments.
Train & Mentor: Guide new and existing team members using structured training modules and hands-on support.
Drive Improvements: Participate in system evaluations and provide data to help resolve trouble areas.
Support Investigations: Fulfill critical requests like background checks, call recordings, and vehicle history reports.
Manage Claims: Monitor and assist with digitally reported claims and subpoena requests.
Handle Sensitive Materials: Prepare outgoing checks, scan external media, and convert large digital files for enterprise compatibility.
Maintain Compliance: Follow records retention protocols and support the upkeep of specialized scanning equipment.

2–4 years of experience (or demonstrated mastery of internal development skills).

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
