The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a detail-driven systems administrator to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our Contract Management System (CMS) and Employee Expense Management System (Zeno). Working closely with both operational and corporate teams, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our systems run smoothly, data is accurate, and our processes are compliant and efficient.

About the role:
The CMS & EEMS Administrator is responsible for maintaining and improving the organisation’s contract and expense management systems, policies, and procedures. You’ll provide regular reporting, support users, and ensure contract-related transactions are processed accurately and on time to meet monthly financial close-off requirements.
Your work will help ensure business units have the tools and information they need to operate effectively - directly contributing to the organisation’s commercial and operational success.
We would love you to have / be:
• Experience with a Contract Management System (CMS) or similar platform
• Familiarity with employee expense management systems (e.g. Zeno)
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query preferred) and strong reporting capability
• Proven data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in purchasing, accounts payable or finance systems administration
• Sound understanding of GST, FBT and accrual accounting principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to read and interpret contracts and apply policy and procedures effectively
