We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team and play a critical part in our store operations. This dynamic role is responsible for assisting store operations and procedures while overseeing communication with customers and clients to ensure smooth and efficient interactions.

What You’ll Do:
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and assistance to callers
• Relay messages to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner
• Help maintain organized records for production orders, invoices, and shipments, including aftermarket transactions
• Assist with billing and invoice processing
• Welcome and assist visitors, notifying the appropriate team members as needed
• Manage the distribution of incoming mail and packages
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
What You Need:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers
• Attention to detail with the ability to read and verify work order information accurately
